熱中症って水分だけ取ってても防げないですよね　塩分も必ずとりましょう
リマのオススメは塩分チャージタブレット

Scary thing about heat strokes is that you can't prevent them just by drinking a shit ton of water, you need salt as well.

If you find these at conbinis for for it, make sure it's the blue one because the yellow one is nasty lol

7 Asakusa - what to eat

We have lots of great places to eat out but my favorite is a garlic ramen place called Yukikage
